How Clickboard works
Type a name, then click the button as many times as you can. Your total only counts for as long as your tab stays open — closing the tab, closing the browser, or refreshing the page locks your score in for good and ends your turn.
The leaderboard
The leaderboard shows the highest click counts ever recorded, ranked highest first. There's no daily reset: a score stays on the board until someone else clicks past it. If you come back and beat your old number, your new session is a separate entry — the old one stays exactly where it landed.
Country flags
Your flag is worked out from your network connection's country, not your name or any account, since Clickboard doesn't have accounts. We don't store your IP address — only the two-letter country it maps to.
Players and countries
The leaderboard panel has two switches. One flips between the players board and the countries board, where every country's clicks are added together — so you're playing for your own name and for your country's spot at the same time. The other switches between all-time (nothing ever resets) and today (only sessions started since midnight UTC).
Playing fair
Clickboard checks that a session's click rate stays in the range a person could plausibly reach by hand. It's meant to keep things fair for real clicking, not to catch every possible script.
